5.5 Registered users acting as data controllers for the field data they collect using m-Agric are responsible for the safe management of personal information, including compliance with relevant data protection regulations (such as GDPR where applicable). m-Agric acts as the processor and is not responsible for how registered users handle their survey participants’ personal information.
6.1 We reserve the right to add to, change, update, or modify this Policy at any time to reflect updates to our application ecosystem or regulatory requirements. We will endeavor to inform End Users of significant changes, but request that You regularly review this Policy.
7.1 The End User accepts this Policy by utilizing any of the m-Agric Services (Web, Mobile, TV, or USSD).
7.2 End Users have a legal right to request a copy of their Personal Information held by Us, correct any errors, or request the deletion of their data where applicable.
